If  you ever wanted to play PSP games in your Android and enjoy it with not playing slow motion then this one is it! PPSSPP !!
And its totally free!

PPSSPP is the name of the emulator that let you play PSP games with no slow motion as far as it can.

but it also deppends on which game you are playing and which Android Phone like if you are playing Tekken Resurrection it will do slow a bit but you can go to the settings and just set it as you want and play it as you want.
 If you have a higher Android phone like GS4,GS3,NoteII and ets. it really gonna help and the best one would be NoteII cause of its big screen and GS4 for its high processing ;)
And you can also play PPSSPP in Windows,Linux,IOS,BlackBerry,Symbian,
