How to Install :

1. Use CWM5 or CWM6.
2. Wipe data and cache.
3. Flash CM10.1*.zip.
4. Flash gapps*.zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM10 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
5. Reboot phone.

 

Everyone keep asking me on How to Listen to FM Radio (offline radio) in CM9 or CM10 ?
So, here's how to do that.

This app works for every phone running CM9 or CM10.

1. You need to download Spirit FM Radio. This is an offline radio. So, no internet connection needed.
Click here to download Spirit FM Radio Unlocked. You can save channel in this version of spirit fm since this version is fully unlocked

2. Install it. Open Settings in Spirit FM.

3. Go to Regional Band. Choose your country. If your country is not listed, you can select World.
Now you can listen to FM Radio. :)

Not working:
The 2.6 kernel doesn't have vsync required for full project butter experience. The 3.0 kernel version has this though.
Camera is not working on the 3.0 kernel version.

Annoyances:
Artifacts in preview for panorama shots
Green color when taking pictures (saved picture is ok though)
USB tethering must be activated twice if it's the first boot
The fix for HSDPA causes an issue with APN's in Jelly Bean if you use SIM pin lock. To workaround that turn on and off airplane mode after entering pin code.

Install

1. Use CWM5 or CWM6.
   • Warning: Only use this recovery to flash CM10. Otherwise, you risk bricking your phone!
2. Wipe data and cache.
3. Flash update*.zip.
4. Flash gapps*.zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM10 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
5. Reboot phone.
6. After you setup your Google account, reinstall the three apps from Market in order to restore most of your apps, call log and SMS history.
7. Warning: Do not restore backup data of system apps!
   • If you restore a bad backup with cached settings in telephony.db in data/data/com.*.*.telephony it can break MMS.
   • It seems that restoring backups can also break Calendar sync.

Upgrades
Upgrades from previous versions of CM10 are the same process as install, except you do not need to wipe anything. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to even wipe cache and dalvik-cache when upgrading between CM10 versions. You only need to wipe if you are doing a major upgrade, switching to a different ROM entirely, or attempting to fix bugs caused by bad backups or corrupt app data.
