Have you ever wanted to download something from PlayStore and it says that its not available for your country or in Some Sites its Locked for your country and you want it to be unblocked ,

Here is a way to change it and make it available .
Just Follow

1)

First go to your phone setting and find network Settings

2)

Now get in the section of the access point names

click on your access point to edit

3)

Now Edit the proxy and Port ..

Change proxy to ( 72.64.146.136 )

and Port to ( 43)

that's it now you can download every thing from Playstore and many other apps are also free that are not usually .,.,.,.
